Annie Ferguson (she/they) is a Ph.D. Candidate in Sociology at Arizona State University. Annie's current research focuses on how white people's emotions impact their engagement in antiracism. Past academic work has focused on defining antiracism, reviewing research on whiteness, and empowering communities around climate change. In past lives, Annie has also worked in land use planning, community economic development, and agriculture.
